Property Sex has one idea: a property deal that turns into sex. The agent showing a house, the landlord doing an inspection, the buyer short on the deposit. The production is professional and the concept is easy to grasp, but one premise only stretches so far, so it works best as a short stay.

What it does well

The setup explains itself. Realtor, landlord, buyer, roommate and mover scenarios all use the same formula, and the settings are real houses, so the empty bedrooms are part of the scenery. Scenes are bright and cleanly shot.

POV shooting is common, which puts you inside the scenario instead of watching from the sidelines. The dialogue about square footage and property values can be funny when the performers lean into it, and the site gets to the action without much filler.

Newer scenes are available in 4K, older ones vary by age, and the site updates regularly. Streaming, downloads and mobile playback work as they should.

The catches

Repetition is the defining problem. The beats stay the same from scene to scene: a pretext, some escalation, then the explicit part. The variations sound different on paper, but after a few of each you can predict the route. The limit isn’t production capacity, it’s how many ways a real estate setup can lead to the same place.
