CamFindr review

CamFindr is not a cam site. It’s a directory that pulls live performers from several cam platforms into one searchable page, then sends you to the performer’s room on the platform where they’re streaming. It’s free to use and doesn’t ask for an account, but anything you actually do, like tipping or going private, happens elsewhere.

What it does well

The point is saving tabs. Instead of checking LiveJasmin, Chaturbate and Stripchat one at a time, you see performers from all of them in one grid, with badges showing which platform each one is on. Thumbnails show the stream as it currently looks, and viewer counts give you a rough sense of who’s drawing a crowd.

Filtering covers platform, body type, HD streams and new performers, so you can narrow down quickly. A quality sort pushes up performers with more viewers, better ratings and HD streams, which means the first screen is usually the more watchable end of the pool. Clicking a thumbnail takes you straight to that performer’s room without a detour.

The first performers shown tend to come from platforms that use safe-for-work thumbnails, with more explicit previews from free tipping sites appearing further down. That’s handy if you’re browsing somewhere you’d rather not show a screen full of explicit images, though you should still expect explicit thumbnails as you scroll.

Phones are handled well. Thumbnails are large and easy to tap, and scrolling is smooth. Category landing pages rotate through performers for a particular look, which works as a low-effort way to see a few rooms at a time.

Browsing is free, and there’s no paid tier.

The catches

It depends on the platforms it covers, and that list is short. If a performer streams somewhere CamFindr doesn’t pull from, you won’t see them.

It can’t replace the source platforms. You can’t tip, go private or keep a balance through CamFindr, and any account you create on a platform doesn’t carry anywhere else. Once you click through, that platform’s rules, tokens and billing apply, so read what you’re signing up for there.

Who it suits

CamFindr suits you if you watch across more than one cam site, or if you’re new to cams and want to see what’s out there before making accounts.

If you’re loyal to one platform and already know your way around it, there’s little reason to add a middleman. In that case, go straight to Chaturbate or Stripchat.
